Help, I've lost my Cineville card!

No need to panic!

Simply log in to your Cineville account on our website and click on ‘Lost card’ to let us know.

In accordance with our terms and conditions, there is a one-time fee of £10 for printing and sending a replacement card. This will be charged via your chosen payment method.

Once you have reported the loss, we will block your previous card for security reasons and you will receive a temporary digital card that you can use to go to the cinema again immediately. You will receive your new physical Cineville card by post approximately two weeks later.
