How do I activate my annual subscription or a voucher?
New registration: To activate your annual subscription or gift voucher, go to mein.cineville.de/de/order and have your voucher code ready.
After you have registered with your email address, we will first need some personal details and a photo of you for your membership card in order to activate your subscription. Then, in the ‘Mitgliedschaft’ section, you will have the opportunity to enter your code and confirm by clicking on ‘Code anwenden’. When you click on ‘Weiter’, you will see that no price is displayed – because the subscription has already been paid for.
For an existing subscription: Please send us the code assigned to you in the confirmation email by email – we will then activate it from your desired start date.
