How can I cancel my Cineville subscription?
You would like to permanently cancel your Cineville subscription? We're very sorry to hear that!
After the minimum term has expired – 4 months for a rolling subscription and 12 months for an annual subscription – the cancellation period is always one full month to the end of the month.
Example: If you cancel your subscription on 3 or 22 September, it will end on 31 October.
You can easily cancel your subscription yourself by logging into your Cineville account on our website.
Alternatively, you can send us an email with your cancellation to hilfe@cineville.de. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
Important: You will receive confirmation of your permanent or temporary cancellation by email. If you have not received confirmation, your cancellation request has probably not been processed and is therefore not valid.
