How does the Cineville card work?
You can sign up for your Cineville subscription online at www.cineville.de.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive your temporary Cineville card as a PDF file by e-mail, which you can use to go to the cinema straight away. About two weeks later, you will receive your official physical membership card by post. Please note: The numbers on the two cards are different – you will receive your permanent membership number when you receive your physical card.
You can also find your digital Cineville card in the app once you are logged in. At the cinema, the card is simply scanned at the box office – and you will receive your ticket.
At the cinema, show your Cineville card to receive a ticket for the desired screening. At most Cineville cinemas, you can also reserve tickets in advance, including your favourite seat, via www.cineville.de. In this case, simply go directly to the entrance – you still have to show your Cineville card, but only your online ticket needs to be scanned.
Please note: Only registered/scanned tickets will be refunded to your favourite cinema. It is particularly considerate if you arrive in good time so that the box office and admission staff have time to process your booking.
