What do I have to consider when registering for a Cineville membership?
Once you have completed your membership registration at www.cineville.de, you will receive your Cineville card. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your details such as your name, photo, and address—just follow the steps on our website.
In the month of your order, you will pay a portion of the monthly price corresponding to the remaining days, as well as a one-time setup fee of €4.50. Subsequently, the monthly payments will be debited at the beginning of each month from the bank account or credit card used for the first payment.
With an annual subscription, the full amount is due immediately and you can activate the activation code yourself when you first register. The annual subscription ends automatically at the end of the year, but you can of course continue your subscription as a monthly subscription or opt for an annual subscription again.
Important: Please do not register for membership on behalf of the person to whom you wish to give a Cineville voucher. The recipient should register themselves, as sensitive data will be requested during the process. Additionally, each Cineville account registration is confirmed by a security code, so your gift will not remain a secret.
