Debit failed, account insufficient funds?
Don't worry – these things happen.
Our process for failed payments is automated: if the monthly subscription fee cannot be collected, our system will automatically send a payment reminder by email after a few days. This message contains a button that you can use to re-initiate the payment directly, without any reminder fees or other consequences for the first reminder, of course.
We recommend that you reconfirm the payment as soon as possible before reminder fees are charged. This will ensure that your Cineville card is not temporarily blocked.
Important: If this is your first month with a new or reactivated Cineville subscription and you have specified SEPA direct debit (instead of credit card) as your payment method, we must temporarily block your card more quickly for security reasons until we have received the first payment.
Please note that we do not offer manual transfers – simply wait for our email with the payment link.
