Why can't I see all the movies I've visited in my watchlist?
Ideally, all movies you have seen – regardless of whether you booked your tickets online or purchased them at the theater – will be automatically appear in your watchlist.
In some cases, this may not happen, for example if your ticket or card was scanned incorrectly or not at all.
We are already working on enabling you to manually add movies to your watchlist in the app soon – in case a visit is missing from your history. Currently, this is only possible in the login area on the website.
