How do I log into my account?
You can log in to your personal account via https://mein.cineville.de/en/account or the Cineville app.
Website The login area on our website is used to manage your subscription. Here you can:
- View your invoices
- Change your address or payment method
- Pause, cancel or reactivate your subscription
- Report if you have lost your card
- View your current online tickets under ‘Reservations’
- Add films to your watchlist and rate them with stars after going to the cinema. You can find your ratings later under ‘Cinema visits.’
- View your cinema visits and rate the films.
Cineville app You can also use the app without an active subscription. After logging into your account, you will see:
- Your digital Cineville card
- Your current online ticket reservations
- Your watchlist
- Your past cinema visits and ratings
If you are in another Cineville country (e.g. the Netherlands), you can change the location in the app to only see the local cinema program.
