Can I cancel my gift voucher order?
It is possible to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, provided that the voucher and the Cineville subscription have not yet been activated. The withdrawal period begins on the day of purchase.
If you meet the requirements for a cancellation, you can complete the withdrawal form immediately.
We will review your request, process the cancellation, and send you a final confirmation once it has been approved.
