Blood & Sinners

In 1932, the brothers Smoke and Stack return from Chicago to Mississippi with a plan to turn the old mill into a ‘juke joint’. To this end, they round up everything they need: the handsome young blues singer ‘Preacher Boy’ Sammie, the old blues musician Delta Slim, the voodoo initiate Annie, the giant ‘Cornbread’ as bouncer, and the beautiful young women Mary, Ruthie and Beatrice. The ‘Wang-Dang-Doodle’ can begin. But then Sammy’s singing conjures up something evil that wants to join the party.
