Filmkunst 66

The movie theater on Bleibtreustraße has been a venue for premieres for over 50 years, offering a select and diverse lineup.

Up to seven different films are shown each day in two theaters at staggered times; on Sundays, there are sometimes nine. Filmkunst 66 usually shows dubbed versions (Mondays are for films with original audio and subtitles), but films for which no dubbed version exists also find their way into the program. Documentaries and children’s films are a regular part of the lineup. Berlin premieres and team premieres with audience Q&As take place regularly.
